Dumpster FAQs

Q.How does your dumpster rental service work?
A.Our dumpster rental service is simple! Choose the right dumpster size for your project, and schedule a delivery date online. One your delivery date, we will deliver your dumpster, you fill it up, and we’ll haul it away at the end of your rental. When you're finished, simply call or text us. We’ll come to haul away your dumpster rental promptly so you can focus on your project. If we don’t hear from you before the end of your scheduled time, we will pick up your dumpster on the last day of your rental period.

We deliver our dumpsters between 8am-8pm. Our delivery times are not guaranteed. We will deliver the dumpster on the day promised, however, the exact time is unknown due to the unpredictable wait times at the landfills. We will however send you a text or a call when we are on the way to your dumpster rental location.
Q.How do I know what size dumpster rental I need?
A.Choosing the right dumpster rental size depends on your project. A 10-yard dumpster is great for small cleanouts, while a 40-yard dumpster is ideal for large construction jobs. Frequently, customers request swapouts during their rental to ensure they have space in their dumpster for their projects. We are happy to talk through options with you.
Q.How soon can I get a dumpster rental delivered?
A.We offer fast delivery, often within 24-48 hours of booking. Availability depends on location and demand, so we recommend scheduling in advance. Same-day delivery may also be available. Please call us if you need same-day delivery.
Q.How long can I keep my dumpster rental?
A.Our standard dumpster rental period is typically 7 days, but we offer flexible options if you need more time. Let us know your schedule, and we’ll accommodate your needs.
Q.How much does a dumpster rental cost?
A.Dumpster rental pricing depends on the size of the dumpster, rental duration, and location. To see the sizes we offer as well as the pricing for each, visit our Dumpster category.
Q.What materials can I put in my dumpster rental?
A.We accept all types of waste including residential trash, construction debris, house cleanout etc. Appliances, mattresses and other electronics are acceptable. We DO NOT haul any concrete, dirt or bricks. If for any reason our trucks are unable to haul off a dumpster you rented due to it being severely overloaded with restricted items, ie. concrete, dirt or bricks, you will be responsible to empty the dumpster and will incur additional charges. However, hazardous materials like chemicals, batteries, tires, and paints are prohibited.
Q.What if I fill up my dumpster and need another one?
A.This frequently happens with our customers as they get into their projects. We are happy to offer a swap out during your rental. Please contact our office to discuss the pricing and scheduling of a swapout.
Q.Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?
A.No. It is not required for the renter to be present when the dumpster is delivered. Please make sure any special instructions are given to the office at the time of renting the dumpster.
Q.Do I need a permit for a dumpster rental?
A.If you’re placing the dumpster rental on a public street or sidewalk, you may need a permit. Private property placements typically do not require permits, but we can help you check local regulations.
Q.What surfaces can you place the dumpster on?
A.We can place the dumpster on pavement, concrete, dirt or grass. The surface just needs to be strong enough to hold the weight on the dumpster and the contents you load into it. We do place boards when delivering the dumpster to help make sure there is no property damage.
Q.Any special requirements when placing a dumpster at my house?
A.We do require a spot at least 15' Long and 10' wide or big enough to park a pickup truck or suv.
Q.What happens if I exceed the weight limit?
A.If your dumpster rental exceeds the weight limit included in our rentals, additional charges may apply. All of our trucks are weighed at our dump locations and if allowed tonnage is exceeded, we will charge the additional to your card.
Q.Are we responsible for the roll off dumpster if it is to get damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our dumpsters. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e., loading with equipment and hitting the side of the Dumpster) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the Roll Off Dumpster, which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we ask to only load the dumpster by hand and not with equipment.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.All orders require payment on or before delivery.
Q.What sizes of dumpsters do you offer for rental?
A.We offer a variety of dumpster rental sizes. To see the sizes we offer as well as the pricing for each, visit our Dumpster category. The right size depends on the type and volume of waste you need to dispose of.

Junk Removal FAQs

Q.How does your junk removal service work?
A.Our junk removal service is simple! Schedule an appointment, and our team will come to your location and give you a quote for the project. Once you approve the quote, we will get to work.
Q.How Far in Advance Do I Need to Schedule?
A.Usually we can get to customer the same day, or the day after they call. On weekdays we can usually provide faster service. Weekends are usually busier because more people are off work and utilizing that time to move. If you can schedule 3 or 4 days in advance we should have no problem accomodating your needs.

It is important to note that the landfills close early on Saturday, are closed all day on Sunday, and close at 4 pm on weekdays. So, IF we happen to get a lot of customers on Saturday mornings, we may not have a place to dump everything and have no room left in our trailer(s) to take on more customers until Monday we the landfills open.
Q.Where on Earth do you Take All that Junk?
A.It depends on what it is, and how much time we have to clear our trailers for the next job. If items are worth much and are in good condition we will resell them, donate them, or sometimes even fix them and resell them. Recyclable materials such as cardboard, plastics, some electronics, and metals are recycled as much as possible (it saves us money actually, and its good for the environment). All other household and construction waste is either taken to a type I or type IV landfill where we pay to dump it. Type I landfills accept just about any kind of waste except hazardous chemicals, while IV landfills do not accept food, electronics (some do, most don't), or chemicals so we separate out these items before disposal. Batteries are taken to the scrap yard and tires are disposed of at local tire shops, most of which have the tires transported to a tire recycling facility that turns them into energy or products like rubber mulch. Junk disposal is almost like an art form, and a book could be written on this subject but this is how it works in a nutshell.
Q.How much does Junk Removal Service Cost?
A.It depends on what type of trash you have, how heavy it is, and where it is located on your property. For "you point, we load" full service junk removal, in general we charge based on volume: 30-35 per a cubic yard of junk loaded and hauled. We charge this way because the landfill charges us based on weight or volume to dump the waste, we just mark the price up to support our business model.

Most of the time the space in our 16 ft trailer is more than able to satisfy all your junk removal needs.
Q.What types of junk do you remove?
A.We remove furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris, electronics, mattresses, office equipment, and general household clutter.

We cannot remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, paints, oils, asbestos, and medical waste. If you’re unsure, ask us before booking.
Q.How soon can I schedule a junk pickup?
A.We offer same-day and next-day junk removal services, depending on availability. Contact us as soon as possible to secure your preferred time.
Q.Do you offer commercial junk removal services?
A.Yes! We provide junk removal for businesses, including office cleanouts, construction site debris removal, and property management services.
